These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 999kg ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 999kg website located at 999kg.vip and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By accessing the 999kg website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You accept that these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and 999kg.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 999kg platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

999kg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be highlighted on the platform's announcements section. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

To register and maintain an active account on 999kg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age. 999kg takes its age verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any point during the registration, deposit, or withdrawal process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided without exception.

Geographic Eligibility

The 999kg platform is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their place of residence. 999kg makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the platform from restricted territories do so at their own risk.

Legal Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you have been declared legally incompetent or are subject to a court order restricting your ability to enter financial agreements, you are not eligible to use 999kg.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on 999kg at any one time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or through different identities, is a material breach of these Terms. 999kg employs automated and manual detection methods to identify and close duplicate accounts. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Self-Excluded Players

If you have previously requested self-exclusion from 999kg or from any other gambling platform and that exclusion period is still active, you are not eligible to register or reactivate an account. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

To access real-money gaming features on 999kg, you must register an account and complete any required identity verification steps. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Information Required

During registration you will be asked to provide personal details including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. All information submitted must belong to you and must accurately reflect your legal identity.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed and all withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised those actions.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 999kg support immediately via live chat. 999kg will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension while the matter is being resolved.

Identity Verification (KYC)

999kg may require users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests or in response to unusual account activity. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of residential address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a bKash account statement). Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or account suspension.

999kg supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) or USDT where crypto deposits are used. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals to/from 999kg.

Deposits

Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and USDT TRC-20. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your 999kg account balance within 60 seconds. USDT deposits settle in under one minute subject to blockchain confirmation.

999kg does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals may be declined or reversed, and the associated 999kg account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for bKash and Nagad. USDT withdrawals have no minimum limit beyond blockchain network minimums. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts; Bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days; USDT TRC-20 — under 60 seconds subject to blockchain confirmation.

Currency and Exchange

All BDT-denominated accounts display balances in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). USDT balances are displayed in USD equivalent. 999kg does not provide currency exchange services beyond the conversion applied at the time of deposit or withdrawal where applicable. Exchange rates used for any currency conversion are disclosed at the time of the transaction.

Fraud Prevention

999kg employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all deposit and withdrawal activity. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may trigger a temporary account hold while our compliance team reviews the activity. We reserve the right to reverse deposits and void associated winnings where fraud, chargebacks, or money laundering activity is identified. In such cases, we will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.

999kg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each individual offer, which are displayed at the time the promotion is communicated. The following general bonus rules apply to all 999kg promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold. The bonus amount is credited to the player's bonus balance automatically following the qualifying deposit and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Specific game contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not count towards wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

999kg actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting technical errors or glitches, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 999kg reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account.

Promotional Changes

999kg reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete existing wagering requirements before any modification takes effect. Promotions may be time-limited and subject to geographic restrictions.

All games available on the 999kg platform are operated in accordance with the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

Random Number Generation

All virtual games on 999kg — including slots, Super Keno, Big Hammer, crash games, and RNG table games — use certified random number generators. These RNG systems have been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. No player, employee, or third party can predict or influence the outcome of an RNG-driven game.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games streamed via Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the physical actions of licensed dealers operating in certified studio environments. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by real physical events (cards dealt, wheel spin, dice roll) and are not generated by software. All live dealer studios are independently audited for compliance.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 999kg — including cricket BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by the specific betting rules displayed on each market. 999kg reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with official match results and league rulings. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, 999kg's decision is final subject to the formal dispute resolution process.

Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game session, 999kg reserves the right to void the affected round and return all bets placed in that round to the players' accounts. Winnings generated as a direct result of a game malfunction or software error will be voided. 999kg will not be held liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected bet amount.

Prohibited Strategies

Players must not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on the 999kg platform. Players must not exploit game vulnerabilities, communication delays, or pricing errors. Use of VPN services to obscure geographic location or circumvent account restrictions is prohibited. Accounts found to be using prohibited strategies will be suspended and any winnings generated through such methods will be voided.

As a registered user of 999kg, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and reasonable standards of fair use. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999kg platform:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with 999kg.
• Opening or operating more than one 999kg account under any name, identity, or payment method .
• Transferring funds between player accounts or acting as a payment intermediary for other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 999kg software, platform infrastructure, or game systems.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content via any communication channel provided by 999kg (including live chat).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999kg staff or other players.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while access has been suspended or restricted by 999kg.
• Exploiting bonus promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected. 999kg's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, software, and materials on the 999kg platform are the property of 999kg or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any 999kg content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 999kg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment. 999kg's total cumulative liability to any individual user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Both you and 999kg have the right to close or suspend a 999kg account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your 999kg account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before processing the closure, 999kg will verify your identity and confirm that there are no pending withdrawal requests or active bonus wagering obligations. Any available real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 3 business days, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion closure, which carries an additional protective measure: the account cannot be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months, up to permanent). Self-exclusion closures are handled with priority and full confidentiality. Players opting for self-exclusion are encouraged to also contact their bank and any other gambling operators they use to apply consistent restrictions. Closure by 999kg

999kg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any of these Terms.
• The account is involved in suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• The account holder is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and carries a zero balance.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires 999kg to restrict or terminate the account.
• The account holder is found to have opened duplicate accounts.

Where an account is closed by 999kg due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. 999kg will communicate the reason for closure to the account holder wherever legally permissible to do so.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe that 999kg has taken an incorrect action regarding your account, bonus, bet settlement, or payment, you may submit a formal dispute by contacting our support team via live chat. Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. 999kg will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 24 hours and provide a final determination within 14 business days. During the dispute resolution process, relevant account activity may be temporarily restricted.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or real-money activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will be notified by email prior to any administrative fee being applied. An inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from dormant account balances after the initial 12-month dormancy period. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be closed without further notice.
